So, Garden Thief grew from my love of foraging, experimenting with flavour and turning wild ingredients into something delicious. With a background in making potions as a kid, and then later a MSCi degere in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Bristol University, coupled with my experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen, gave me a constantly curious mind about what plants, and microbes can do for us.

I am the founder and chief forager at Garden Thief which we make small-batch drinks in Bristol, inspired by the seasons and whatever I can find growing around me. I supply direct to restaurants a bespoke non-alcoholic drinks flight to perfectly pair with the restaurants menu. And now sell drinks in a local shop in Bristol.
